1. Account Types and Registration

• Client Accounts (Anonymous): Designed primarily for adolescents and young adults. Users are strictly advised to pick anonymous usernames. We are not responsible if you voluntarily share personally identifiable information within chat threads, though we discourage it.
• Doctor / Counselor Accounts: Open only to verified medical professionals. By applying, you agree to submit true, accurate credential information (e.g., NMC Number, degrees). Falsifying medical credentials will result in immediate permanent ban and potential legal reporting.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

While using Namaste Doctor, you agree to use the platform respectfully. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal activities or to solicit illegal acts.
• Spam, harass, intimidate, or use hate speech against doctors or other users.
• Attempt to bypass the 3-question guest limit through automated systems or bots.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the platform infrastructure.

3. Interactions with AI and Doctors

Our AI chatbot leverages Google-trained models customized for reproductive health education in Nepal. While we strive for absolute accuracy, AI can occasionally generate imprecise or incomplete information. Information provided by human doctors relies solely on the text you submit. Without a physical examination, all guidance must be interpreted strictly as informational.

4. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account (Client or Doctor) at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms of Use, especially regarding the falsification of medical credentials or abusive behavior in chat consultations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nepalese law, Namaste Doctor and its owners, volunteers, and affiliated medical professionals shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, or from any actions taken based on the educational information provided herein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nepal.
