Unlike most health platforms, Namaste Doctor does not require or collect your real name, email address, or phone number if you are a Client. Our system uses an anonymous username system to ensure that your health questions can never be linked back to your real-world identity by us or anyone else.

2. Data We Collect

• Client Accounts: We only store your chosen anonymous username, an encrypted password, and your answers to security questions (used purely for account recovery).
• Doctor Accounts: For medical professionals, we collect and verify full names, medical degrees, hospital affiliations, NMC numbers, and emails to ensure the safety and accuracy of information.
• Chat History: We store your conversations with our AI and medical team so you can access your answers later. This data is linked only to your anonymous UID.

3. How Information is Used

We use the minimal data we collect to:

• Provide instant AI-driven health education through Google AI models.
• Facilitate private, secure messaging with verified doctors in Nepal.
• Improve our education library based on the topics young people care about most.

4. Security & Protection

We utilize military-grade SSL encryption for all data in transit. Our infrastructure is powered by Google Firebase, ensuring your data is protected by world-class security standards. Because we don't store your PII (Personally Identifiable Information), there is no identity for a third party to gain access to.

5. No Data Sales

We have a zero-tolerance policy for data sharing. Namaste Doctor never sells, rents, or shares any user data or chat logs with advertisers, third-party marketing agencies, or any other entities.

6. Your Rights

Since your account is anonymous, you have the right to delete your account and all associated chat logs at any time. Because no email is linked, this action is permanent and immediate.
